Yeo & Yeo Medical Billing & Consulting performs in-house and on-site warranty and non-warranty repair on printers, desktop computers, notebook computers and servers for businesses. Our service technicians are CompTIA A+ and manufacturer certified. They receive ongoing, extensive training in a wide variety of equipment repair and have the latest skills needed to provide comprehensive diagnostic and proper repair of industry leading equipment.
In addition to in-house and on-site repair, our technicians and engineers can also provide remote diagnostics and over-the-phone support for your trouble-shooting needs. We are committed to quality technical service and support.
Regular hours for the Helpdesk are 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday with the exception of some holidays. After hours support is available by calling 989.797.4075 ex:7.
